We are looking for positive and energetic individual who is following the trends of sales, and has the needed skills that are necessary to bring new interesting projects to our talented team.

 

Position: Sales Executive

 

What you will be doing:

  • Exploring market and defining target groups
  • Communicating with senior level executives from potential clients
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Generating new leads through email and phone campaign
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Independently manage and develop relationship with the client, with the accent on up-selling additional services
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sale information

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor or similar degree in related areas of expertise
  • Proficiency in English (at least C1)
  • Ability to blend in and function in startup environment
  • Interest to learn as well as share your knowledge and ideas with your co-workers
  • Self-motivated, creative, open-minded and loyal
  • Passion for IT technologies

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with SalesForce, Google Apps and similar softwares
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Negotiating skills to close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • The ability to negotiate large enterprise software deals
  • Knowledge in IT service and delivery
  • Resilience – and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Ability to structure and manage multiple priorities and tasks in a timely manner
